About Fillay
Big-company discipline, for the owner who still answers the phone.
I’m Romel. I started Fillay to give home-service contractors the strategy, systems and people that larger companies take for granted — without losing the personal relationship that makes a small business special.

Why Fillay
Good contractors shouldn’t lose good work because the business side is scattered.
I spent my career in corporate consulting and marketing analytics, helping teams make complex problems clearer, organize the work and make better decisions.
I bring those same skills to local contractors because I love helping business owners. A contractor should be able to focus on craftsmanship, customers and crews — and still have a professional system around every lead.
That’s why we go beyond ads. We stay involved from the first inquiry through follow-up, scheduling, estimates, reviews and the next job. And we do it with the tools you already have whenever we can.
How we work
Four principles behind every partnership.
Clarity before activity
We agree on your customers, service area, offer, responsibilities and budget before we launch anything.
A real relationship
You can reach Romel and the team directly. We learn how your business works and make decisions with that context.
Your tools, connected
Marketing, phone, leads, schedules, estimates and reviews should work together — whichever software they run on.
Your reputation first
We protect the customer experience, keep you in the loop and never trade trust for volume.

Romel’s note
“The goal isn’t to make a contractor manage more software. It’s to make the whole path from lead to job feel handled.”
That means clear communication, careful work and a level of service worthy of the businesses we represent.
